Studies in humanities, from linguistic liceum to the faculty of foreign languages and literature.

Passionate of art, history and literature, lover of the Sardinian traditions, after many years of service in a small but talented publishing house in Cagliari, from 2011I I dedicated myself to the art of Sardinian pastry, rediscovering my grandgrandmother's and grannies' recipes.

Qualified with a Vocational Training Certificate in Traditional Food Production of Sardinia, I discoverd the ancient art of su fianderi (pasta maker), the fantastic traditional pastas of Sardinia and the most ancient art of Sardinian baking.
